London's Old Times With Rufus Sewell, Kristin Scott Thomas, Lia Williams to Play Harold Pinter Theatre, 9 October 2012
By David Gordon

The upcoming London revival of Harold Pinter's 'Old Times' -- starring Kristin Scott Thomas, Lia Williams, and Rufus Sewell -- will be ensconced in the theatre that bears Pinter's name.

Ian Rickson's production, which TheaterMania reported in August, will run at the Harold Pinter Theatre from January 12 to April 6.

Thomas and Williams will nightly alternate the roles of Kate and Anna, with Sewell as Deeley. A detailed schedule regarding Thomas' and Williams' performances will be released in the future.

The play involves a couple whose intimate solitude in a secluded farmhouse is disturbed when an old friend comes to visit, resulting in competing memories of their fractured pasts.

'Old Times' will feature scenic and costume design by Hildegard Bechtler, lighting by Peter Mumford, and sound by Paul Groothuis.
